Returns
A seller is asking me to ship a return to an incomplete address in China that I purchased from a warehouse in the US. I have contacted the seller for a US address but they have not responded. The ebay customer service menu does not address this issue, and ebay will not get involved because they think the Seller is allowing the return, and ebay is waiting on me to ship the return. I believe this seller is purposely doing this to discourage returns. Can something be done?
