When a buyer returns an item because it broke in shipping, shouldnâ€™t they get back their original shipping cost alone with the price of the item they purchased? Iâ€™m not referring to return shipping. Thx

Yes, you must refund the buyer. Or, if you are the buyer, you need to open a return case of item not as described to get refunded.
