What do I do if a seller does not send a return label for a purchase that I would like to send back? I submitted a return request, but they want me to send it to them in Europe at my own expense even through the seller is responsible for the return postage according to eBay terms. I can’t find any way to actually contact eBay directly either.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your return and click ask us to step in. The seller should be instructed to send you the money to pay for the return shipping. Do not pay for it without the seller sending the money - eBay can not force him to reimburse you.
You can also ask customer service for assistance.
