Question

I need to send a return shipping label to a buyer, but it is not an option anywhere that I can find. I already issued a complete refund because I called the item a Twin and it was a Full size. How on earth do I get a label to this buyer?

On eBay, the usual process is to refund AFTER the item is returned to you. Had you followed that process, the buyer would have been sent a link to use to print a label when you accepted the return. If you refund first, the label option is gone.

You'll need to buy a label from an outside source. A popular one is Pirate Ship.
