Returns
Hi Group:
Has anyone else realized it is better to buy from Amazon, than Ebay, now that this new return policy is in effect. In my case, the last item I will ever purchase thru Ebay was too small, the Seller and I did not argue who was at fault for the description. The Seller did not have a larger one, but agreed to cooperate in every other way. Ebay, who charges a significant amount to the seller on every item, felt I should have to pay the return shipping costs. Amazon would never do that. After a good number of years purchasing products, Good bye Ebay.

As far as I know the only thing that has change is requiring photo.
If you chose Didn't Fit as the reason for the return, it's considered a remorse return and buyer pays return shipping.

If the ad says that a S&W 380 pistol fits in the holster and it does not, is that my remorse???????????

Mentor3 years agoThe reason for the return should have been Not as Described. If you had selected that reason, the seller is responsible for paying return shipping.

·3 years agoNo, that's Not As Described.
But, if you chose doesn't fit (like clothing, shoes), that's considered remorse.
