Returns
The seller gave only 2 weeks for returns. I tried the item once and it seemed to work when I tried again I had a problem. I thought I had 180 days. I couldn't speak or chat with a real person or call ebay so I sent an email to the seller who ignored my message as it was beyond the 2 weeks and just under 180 days. Since I couldn't get any one at ebay to tell me what to do it is now beyond the 180 days however I have proof that I emailed the seller before 180 days and a phone record. What can I do?

Mentor3 years ago@janiclashle-0 if u paid with a credit card, maybe you can dispute the charge, but it is unlikely with so much time gone by. call your bank and ask.
