I bought something that didn't work $100worth of something and if they take it back and give me my money back how do you send that back I mean, I'm kind of stuck in my chair that's what I needed the part for to try to have a little way to get around but

Mentor5 days agoOpen a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, defective. You will be sent a prepaid return label or a refund. If not, on the fourth day go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this.

OP5 days agoI don't know what you sent me but I can't read that little stuff I figured it was going to be a hassle, never again,my fault I knew better

Mentor5 days ago@tosco-21 The seller will be required to provide a return shipping label. You can print the label at home and have USPS pick it up ( as long as the seller provides a USPS label)
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories.
Here's what you need to do:
You should open a Return Request. Reason> Doesn't Match photos and description

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help:

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
