Returns
I didn’t know how the return process worked and it wasn’t letting me open the return option because I had an open case. I returned the two items back to the sender and lost the receipt, I went back to the post office and they said they can only go back one week, however this was on 9/15. What do I do?

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described, or whatever the reason. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
