Question

Seller will not send a return shipping label. Have provided address but will not send the label for me to print and place on return. No response from seller.

Did you file the Return Request through Ebay with a valid reason covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee?

If so, and you did not receive a prepaid return shipping label OR a refund, you can go back to your return request and ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

@cnw-50 Just adding to my fellow Mentor's excellent answer that you will not see the option to ask eBay to step in and help until the 4th business day after filling the return request. ALWAYS file an official return request so you are protected.
