Buyer wants to return a item that I know worked but they say it doesn’t and I put no returns do I have to take it back? I don’t trust them

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer files a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your No Returns policy. Your policy is only for buyer's remorse: didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For any of those reasons, you can decline the returns request.
