Returns
I requested a refund/return of an item that arrived damaged. I have received my refund but no shipping label for stated free return. Since the item was damaged, do I just trash it?

Mentor2 months agoOnce you have received a refund you can no longer access any return label the seller may have sent through eBay. eBay considers the purchase complete and you are not required to return the item.
You can contact the seller and ask if they want the item back. If so they would have to send you a return label outside of eBay. Most likely with a damaged item of low cost they will not want the item back. If this is a high cost item they may want further information in order to file an insurance claim.
