I purchased a item that was defective. I sent the item n back in which he should receive today. How do I get my refund without having to wait? Its not fair I'm forced to wait with no merchandise or my money.

Did you open a return request? If so, the seller has 2 business days to issuer the refund, then you can ask eBay to step in.
IF you did not open a return request and the seller does not refund or respond to your messages, you will have to go to your credit card issuer and open a dispute for a return with no refund. How long the seller has to refund depends on your state law.
