Question

On May 1, 2026 I bought some running bars for my truck. While in shippment I placed a return request but later cancelled the return. Now I'm told that I can't submit another return request. Is there any way around this so I can return them for a refund?

Don't ever open a return for an item you don't have yet. Wait until it's received.

Once a return is closed it cannot be reopened. You can contact your seller to see if he will work with you, but you've given up your eBay protection on this one.
