Buyer states the listing was misleading yet I’ve sold so many of these same item with no confusion. Is this person trying to scam me?

Mentor4 months agoMaybe yes or maybe no. Since eBay never sees the items listed they allow the buyer to determine if the item is as described or not. So if the buyer opens an "Item not as described" case you only have three days to accept the return, provide a return label and give a full refund to the buyer once the item is returned. If you do not accept the return then eBay can force a refund from you, give you a defect on your account and not return your final value fees. Did the buyer open the not as described case?
