why does ebay allow buyers to misuse return policy and say item not as described even after seller 100% proves wrong? i spent 23 hours talking to agents i was assured outcome was in my favor ,only to find out ebay protected a liar

Mentor4 months agoEbay cannot physically verify if the item is as described or not, so per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for buyers they allow the buyer to file a return request in order to return the item to the seller for a full refund.

OP4 months agoWhat if as seller you prove without a doubt with photos to prove buyer incorrect to eBay agents that have lead seller to believe they are going in seller favor seller. Spends 23 hours on phone after 2 weeks due to buyer threatened myself with damaging feedback and more to follow if his demands not followed thr then an agent is supposed to investigate this unexceptable behavior, absolutely not allowed item was As described and last agent fails to see the case refunds and closes case , and now my demands for review of all calls they don't cause case closed ? I'm very disappointed and.dt.feel protection after having my store 14 years I camt trust the system
