Returns
Seller says they sent return label but did not. They sent a bad address only. I can't even send at my expense . No help from Ebay because I am supposed to have label.

A few things.
If you have already been refunded, you would no longer have access to the return label.
Did you open a refund request on eBay and did the Seller approve that request? What was the reason for the return?
