I shipped someone the wrong item. How do I print a shipping label they can use to send it back to me?

Mentor5 months agoHave the buyer file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, the seller WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps a seller's No Returns policy if the item is damaged or not as described. Once you get the item back, you refund. Then relist the item, the buyer repays, and this time make sure you ship the correct item.
