I purchased items as a guest and I can’t return them because when I click on the order details in the email it redirects me to eBay’s sign-in page. When I sign into my account the order does not appear under my purchases since I bought it as a guest. Is there anyway to return the items just by using the order number or are there any other suggestions to return the items? Thanks

Whether intentional or by accident a Guest purchase is still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Below is what we share when it accidentally happens but the link to the eBay Help page will still help you. And you are right, you have to be logged OUT of your account to do anything with a Guest purchase.
You have inadvertently purchased as a Guest.
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
