buyer asking for a return tracking number stats it’s in pittsburgh and it’s snowy and cold. i’m not refunding when they can see where it’s at i can’t help the weather conditions

Did the Buyer open a return request on eBay?
What is the reason they want to return the item?
If the item arrived damaged or is not as shown in the listing, the Buyer is covered by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
