I recently lost an auction for a Mavic Air 2. I looked and found another item to bib on and won that auction for a Mavic 2 Pro. Now they have telling me that I won the first auction and charged me for the item. That is not right...right????? They cant just tell meI lost then come back and charge me???? I need help.

Mentor7 months agoDid you officially lose the auction? Just being outbid on the auction does not mean you cannot end up the winner if the higher bidders either cancelled their bids or the seller cancelled their bids. Until the auction is officially over you are still on the hook for the bids you make.
Once the auction is over there is no way to make you the winner. If the winner decides not to pay then the seller can offer you a second chance to get the item but they cannot force you to accept the offer.
