Returns
Started a return, but at the end of the process, I was informed that the label would arrive 2 days after the package was to be picked up. So, I canceled the return to change the pick up date. Now it will not let me restart a return. Is there a way to fix this. Ebay has no number or email listed and all of their help links just loop back to the same page.

Mentor8 months agoThe ebay link to the label should arrive the same day the return was approved and besides the return clock doesn't start till it is sent. You then would have had several days more to actually ship it. So need more details as how a label would not arrive till after the return date.
And sorry, but once you close a return you can not open it again. Why were you returning the item?
