Returns
I sold an item and in the listing said I will pay for returns. The item has been delayed delivery due to the postal service. Buyer has messaged me stating he’s returning the item once it arrives due to delayed delivery. Is there a way for me to get out of paying for the return?

Mentor9 months agoNo. The sold listing states Free Returns within 14 days. If the buyer goes to his Purchase history and clicks RETURN THIS ITEM, he will automatically receive a return shipping label for which you will be charged.

No. Your return policy says that you pay for the return shipping. It doesn't matter why the buyer is returning the item. At least this buyer has a legitimate reason.
