Returns
I sell antique and vintage jewelry. I am thinking about not accepting returns. I have had issues with buyers buying an items just to see it, try it on and then requesting a refund. This takes an item out of my shop and risking damage. They don’t read description or measurements. This has especially prevalent in gold and gold filled bangle bracelets. Any thoughts.

Mentor10 months agoIf you change to no returns, that would only be for buyer's remorse: changed mind, didn't like it, purchased by mistake, just didn't like it, found it cheaper elsewhere. For those reasons you can decline the return. If the buyer states Not as Described, you will accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, you don't get the FVF credited, and the buyer does not need to return the item. You also get a defect for an unresolved transaction.
