I ordered an item from ebay Nov 30th. It arrived damaged beyond use. When I went to ebay the item isn't posted on my purchases. I have the order number and it pulls up the info but I cannot put in for a return because it doesn't show up on my purchases. The AI won't let me enter a return. Help
