Returns
I purchased a jacket that was too big. The jacket was advertised as medium and although the measurements were included in the listing I didn't notice them. Anyway, the seller offers 60day returns. I requested a return but didn't print out the return label after sent to me because I was out of town. When I returned from Europe and tried to print it out it was too late. The 60day return window has not passed yet my return window has supposedly passed, order date was October 27th. I have attempted to appeal the decision but I keep being told that the return window has passed. The return window doesn't end until the end of December. The seller refuses to resend me the shipping label. When I returned from my trip and attempted to print out the label it would not allow me to print it out. Please assist as this does not make sense to me.
