Mentor7 months agoIf the buyer filed a returns request, you accept the return, and a return shipping label will be provided. If you refund right away, ebay assums you do not want the item back, so a return shipping label will not be provided. If you want the item back, use the CONTACT BUYER link and let him/her know you will be sending a return shipping label. You can use pirateship.com to create the shipping label to send to your buyer.
