When it is advertised free return shipping and the seller refuses to do so is that not false advertising? And shouldn’t eBay step in and help?

Mentor10 months agoIf the seller advertises free returns, you just go to your Purchase history, locate the item, and click the link to return the item. No need to contact the seller.
