returns
took an item to the post office for return. they handed me a customs form like I knew what to do with it. no I did not get a why. I've been with eBay 28 years (I think maybe more) not once what gives? I would greatly appreciate a little help, heck I'll take a lot of help, help!

Mentor10 months agoIf you are returning an item to a buyer in a foreign country, as well as APO/FPO, you will need to fill out a customs form.
