purchased item from dr diesel and parts were defective and have 1 year warranty and seller will not respond and e bay will do nothing any ideas?

eBay does not enforce seller extended warranties. The eBay money back guarantee is for 30 days after receipt. After that, eBay cannot help. Most credit cards cannot help after 180 days, but if you are within 180 days, call your card issuer and open a dispute.
