Returns
I bought a watch from dinosaould-japan. The watch did not work. I requested a return label to return the watch. The seller sent me a message but no return label was attached. Finally the seller sent me a return label to my personal email several weeks later. Once I received a label I boxed the watch and returned the watch. The seller opened a case after I finally received a return label. and was paid for the watch. I challenged the findings. I lost. The delay for returning the watch was caused by the seller because they did not send me a return label. The seller received the watch back and was paid. I got screwed. No watch and no money. Does anyone have a suggestion for what to do next?
