Can a buyer request to return an item because of missing parts even though the missing parts were clearly listed in the item description and in the pictures?

Mentor10 months agoYes, the buyer can open a return request for missing parts even if he got everything and even if he admits he got everything.
A Buyer can open a "not as described" return request for any reason. eBay says they don't take sides so they won't listen to or accept anything other than what the buyer initially says.
