Hey so I recently refunded a person their order they didn’t like. eBay didn’t provide a
label for them or so they said, I proceeded to make them one myself coming out of my pocket. I sent it to them and they completely ghosted me and they still have my item. I’ve tried calling eBay or trying to contact them but nothing! What do I do?!

Mentor11 months agoSorry there is nothing you can do now. If they open a return request and you accepted then eBay would have sent them a return label. You were not obligated to refund the buyer until you received the item back. Now the buyer has the item, the refund and you paid for a return label.

·11 months agoSorry but you don't refund until the item is returned. Once they have their money back there's no incentive for them to return the item. eBay can't help. Hope it wasn't a lot of money.
