Then that's a problem - your ID says you reside in the United States - where do you live, and where was the item delivered to?
If it was handled by a freight forwarder or 3rd party in the U.S., then shipped to you somewhere overseas, your Money Back Guarantee is no longer valid.
The item was sent to another address after original delivery
