Returns
I just got this reply on doing a return IT STATES....We'll deduct the shipping cost from the amount of your refund. These are estimated label costs to return your item. The actual shipping cost is determined when the carrier scans the shipping label. By tapping "Confirm," you're confirming the label for your return and your responsibility for shipping costs. . . ??? First it was returned for being DEFECTED but the computer said it was a "Don't want it" (computer error ) Ebay says I can't change that. Ebay said that I must pick a carrier, print out the label, take it to the carrier.... AND I do not have to pay for the shipping... BUT Ebay will pay AND get the amount back from the Seller. IS THIS WHAT YOU READ IN THE ABOVE ??? It sound like if Ebay does pay
for the RETURN shipping label ,that the amount will then be taken from my refund. I talked to Ebay by phone and they said the Seller would pay for the RETURN... it can't be according to watch above.

When filing a Return Request, the buyer (not the computer all by itself) chooses the reason for the return. Computers do not operate by themselves, they do what the user inputs on the keyboard. There is NO "don't want it" reason...the closest to that would be "Don’t like it" or "Changed my mind".
Since the reason chosen is not covered by the Ebay Back Guarantee, you will need to pay for the return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.
