    I have an item to return.  I started the return process but realized that I entered the wrong tracking number so I cancelled the return so that I could start over.  Now I can't find where to reinitiate the return.  I can only find on eBay where the return was cancelled but nowhere to start the return process again.  Can someone please help?

    When you close a Return Request, it cannot be reopened.
