Returns
The item I bought mentioned returns within 14 days and can return though August 8th.
Description shows shoe size of 8.5. when I received them the size showed 7Y. I looked at the order and under see more it said 8.
5 or 7y. Now why wouldn't they put that on the title also. I appealed and was denied. They are to small but unable to return. Appeal shows I said I did not receive them but was shipped to my address. But I appealed for wrong size and could I return them.

If you opened an Item Not Received Case, try opening a Return Request
You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
