Returns
I sold an item with the correct specifications of the item. The buyer said I sent the wrong size. Before buying the item they asked if I accepted returns. I said no. They ordered, I shipped, & then they demanded refund. A refund was issued, they refused to send item back & said they were not going to do so because I don’t accept refunds. Has this happened to you & why does EBay allow this? I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Mentor1 year agoIf you wanted your item back before refunding you needed to accept the return, otherwise your no-returns means you don't want the item back and ebay will refund. Then if you found the buyer falsified the reason for the return you can report them and appeal the refund.
You can still ask the buyer that if you send them a prepaid return label whether they would return the item rather than going to court.
