returns
I have a surface pro I just bought, and it is malfunctioning. I requested a return from the sell which their return policy stated 30 days. I got a return label, but it is a picture of a different machine and no label. Do I have to pay for the label and how do I ensure I get my money back when I return it? Every time I try to contact the seller it says error. Does anyone know how to get a hold of Ebay support?

Mentor3 years ago@larse_kar Did you file an actual return request case for item not as described? Or did the seller just send a label?
You need to open a return request: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st= reason doesn't work/ defective.
If you did file a return request and the seller sent a fake label:
You need to contact eBay customer service and let them know that the seller is violating eBay policy by sending a fake label. They are required to send a valid return shipping label and then refund you 100% or refund you 100% without returning the item.
Here is how to contact eBay customer service for assistance.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Choose your contact method from the left hand side of the page.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a
message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
