Buyers beware, china is selling but not sending products. I purchased products from china and never received anything and eBay will not give any refund for my purchase.

If you go to your Order Details for a transaction, you should see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, you can open an Item Not Received refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund.
Ebay cannot assist you unless you open that request. If the Seller doesn't respond on time, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Do not let the Seller string you along past the 30 window you have as a Buyer to get your refund. Do not agree to close your request.
