eBay has no protection for the buyer. I am deleting my eBay account because I had to return two weeks after delivery and the money had been released and now they’re holding any future sales because of return that worked when sent and then 12 days after delivery they’re allowing a full refund The seller has no protection against this. They should’ve never released the money if they were going to allow the customer more time to return the item

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer has 30 days from receipt of the item in which to file a case. If the item states Not as Described, you have to accept the return, pay for the return shipping label, and refund the buyer within 2 days of return of the item. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds and not require return of the item.
