Returns
I just returned an item for a refund. I paid for shipping but then got an email stating action is required. I sent the tracking number to the seller but when I go to purchases and try to add it it will not let me mark as shipped and put an tracking number in. Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Laura

-If all you did was ship the item back to the address on the original label that is not an official eBay return claim.
-When you return an item through eBay's claim process and use the label they supply tracking is automatically uploaded to the claim and you can pursue the refund 2 days after the Seller receives the item back and if they do not refund you in that time period.
