I am not a business. I am a 68 year old woman that just retired and am trying to sell some items that I bought over the years. I just had a buyer purchase a hand bag that I took multiple pictures of in different lighting. I use a high quality Pentax camera to ensure that I show all of the details. After she received it, she notified me that she felt that the color was different than she expected. I do not offer returns and have never even had one requested before. So how is this my fault? She went to Ebay and then said she felt that the strap was looser than she expected too. Its a VINTAGE purse - to was never represented as perfect. Now Ebay wants me to issue a return for the entire cost including shipping?? Truthfully, I am DONE with Ebay. I just pulled a bunch of listings off and intend to pull the rest today. To the sellers out there - move to Facebook. Yes its a bit more of a hassle but there are no fees and buyers are not falsely protected.
