Returns
Hello! I sold a graded collectable book and shipped to a Delaware, United States address. They in turn shipped it to someone in China, which my account is set up to only ship domestic. The buyer has admitted through messaging that he used a secondary shipper after my shipment was received to the original address in the United States. The buyer is now claiming the book is ruined and I fraudulently claimed it was in good condition. He has now started a returns claim. How do I contact eBay to explain my case before they give the money back. I appreciate any help and guidance.

First of all, you are ONLY responsible for a return from the US address for the Forwarding company. How the customer gets the book from China back to the Forwarding company is their problem. They may also run into issues with getting it returned within the return time frame.
If they file a return and you have to provide a return label simply do that, it will only be from the US address to yours ...
