Returns
Seller is asking me to ship to a different country than they shipped item to me from. My item came from New Jersey, USA & the seller wants me to ship it to China. I am sure shipping costs are more expensive. Is this normal?

Sellers try to use this as a way to discourage returns, but it is not allowed. The seller must provide a return address where the return cost is no more than to ship to the item’s advertised location.
Have you opened a return request? If yes, go to your request and click ‘ask us to step in’.
If not, open a request first.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select the reason. If there is an issue with the item, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to respond. He can’t send a label, so if the item is not as described, he must send you the money to pay for the return shipping. Or he can send you a refund with no return. If he doesn’t, go to your request and click ‘ask us to step in’.
