Returns
I am a seller and a buyer sent a return back and is asking for a refund. I allow returns and have no problem refunding them; however, Ebay notified me that the item was returned and I need to refund them. The problem is I never received it. The tracking shows it was delivered to Atlanta Georgia and I live in Florida. When I click on report a problem for the refund, there are no options explaining I never received the item even though Ebay is showing it as delivered. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You.

Mentor1 year agoClick on the tracking number in the transaction to be taken to USPS.COM and look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking. Hopefully that will send the package on its way to you.
