I am finding the ebay requirement to up load picture of the item to be an unnecessary step which is intended to discourage consumers from returning defective goods, the ebay app that i use on my phone will not allow a return to be made. I have to use my pc.. which means i must upload all pictures /download to use ebays return process, this is intentionally difficult to discourage consumers from returning defective goods, a ebay tactic probably designed by Harvard MB to max profits. If you try to contact ebay online to give feed back, you will find yourself in an AI chat loop with no possibility to chat with an agent... another step made by ebay to max. profits... ebay has become/always was an awful return process..
