Returns
I requested a return on a product I found to be inferior. The seller offered to return it only if I gave it a positive rating before receiving the return. Should I do it?

NO, you are not required to do that. Your seller can NOT prevent you from opening a Request for Return either. Just go ahead and open it. It was out of line for the seller to ask that of you. You just do your part in shipping the item back to the seller using the shipping label they should have provided to you.
Your seller can NOT refuse to refund you because you haven't left feedback for them.

You should open a Return Request. You don't have to leave feedback first.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
