how do you send a buyer a return label i sent the wrong item and then sent the correct item it was for the same price so the buyer wants to return the item and no money will exchange because its the same just a different color

Create a return label at pirateship.com and print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
