Returns
Needs to be a better system, I received a product that was not all like the picture, so I sent it back costing me $6.50 shipping. Why did seller send me the wrong product? It is unfair the I should have to pay in returns such as this. And seller should contact buyer if they no longer have the product that's in their picture.

You should not have paid the return shipping.
When you need to return an item, you open a return request. When the reason for the return is that the item is not as described, the seller must provide the return shipping label.
eBay can not force the seller to reimburse you for the return shipping once you have paid for it.
