Hello, I sent a request to return an item. Within the same day the return case was closed without any additional information, nothing about sending it back, issuing a refund, the sellers response, no resolve other than it was closed. I tried to contact eBay customer service by
phone, but I guess speaking to a live person to address an issue is a thing of the past. Can someone help?
